Rústica Estate offers two unique accommodations nestled on a heritage-listed property currently undergoing careful restoration.
A two-bedroom converted barn with charming rustic features, kitchen, bathroom, generous living area and outdoor entertaining space.
A one-bedroom accommodation with a full living area, kitchen, bathroom and deck converted from an old tram carriage.
Both accommodations are located on the main estate alongside several heritage buildings. When available, both properties can be rented together, accommodating up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, wedding parties, or groups of friends.
Guests can enjoy the Rústico Ride, a door-to-door transfer service to our sister restaurant, Rústico at Hay Shed Hill, where you can experience wine tasting and a gourmet degustation lunch at the number one rated restaurant in Margaret River on TripAdvisor.

Guest Services
For extended stays, (3 plus nights) guest and communal rooms are serviced regularly. The host will coordinate a convenient time (usually between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) for bedding and towel changes.
With no formal concierge or check-in service, we are non-intrusive hosts. We’re happy to arrange services prior to your arrival and provide recommendations for local products and experiences in the Margaret River region.
